IDATHA Enterprise
For a business, not just a person
The same agent and the same records, with the work a business needs on top: the correspondence that carries weight, the numbers behind it, and the history to show for it.
What Enterprise adds
Beyond the day-to-day work, an Enterprise account gives your agent the back-office skills a business is judged on.
Letters of demand and breach notices
Every amount is checked against your own books before it goes out. The agent prepares the letter; you check it and sign it.
Supplier and cost analysis
What you pay, how it has moved over the months, and where the biggest costs sit in your business.
A cash view from your own records
What is coming in, what is going out, and when — built from your records rather than from a spreadsheet you maintain by hand.
Contracts, policies and HR structures
Employment paperwork, agreements and the policies a business is asked for, drafted from your own details.
A registration pack for tenders
Your registration and profile details gathered into one pack, ready for a tender or an application.
1,000 MB of agent memory
Four times Premium, so the history behind the numbers stays available to the agent.
Everything in Premium, included
An Enterprise account includes the full Premium set, unchanged.
Invoices and quotes
Prepared and issued as real PDFs, numbered and recorded against the right client.
Filed receipts
Every receipt kept against the expense it belongs to, so the paperwork is already in order when you need it.
Bank statements, imported and reconciled
Imported into the records and matched to what is already there, so the reconciliation is kept up to date rather than done in a rush.
The reconciliation
Your records and your bank, reconciled to the cent, with anything still unexplained shown plainly for you to look at.
The VAT figures
The VAT position worked out from your own records, ready for you or your accountant to check before anything is submitted.
The tax-preparation pack for your accountant
One pack with what your accountant asks for, prepared from the records rather than reassembled every year.
Prepared by the agent. Checked and signed by a person.
The work is prepared; the authority stays with you
Your agent prepares the paperwork, does the arithmetic and keeps the record. It does not file, submit or sign anything, and it does not tell you what the law is. Every document it prepares ends with a plain note of what a person needs to check. You, or your accountant, remain the one who submits it.
How a business works with it today
One agent, one mailbox, the whole business behind it. There is nothing to install and nothing to license per person.
Your business address
Your agent holds the business's own mailbox. Suppliers, clients and colleagues all write to that one address.
Answered with the business behind it
Every reply comes out of that mailbox with your records, your history and your own way of speaking already behind it.
Anyone in the business can use it
There is no per-person licence and no second copy of the records. The person who needs an answer asks, and the agent answers from the same place.
On the way: a mailbox for each colleague
Named people, each with their own individual mailbox on the same agent, is being built. Today the shared business address is the shared workspace — and everything else described on this page works now.
